Bought the device in early April 2019. the device is operated as described in the operating instructions. It's hard to tell if this actually extended the lifespan of my fresh produce as I didn't buy a lot of fruit or green leaves back then. Two days ago the device started beeping loudly even though the front indicator light was green. This condition is not mentioned in the operating instructions. I cleaned the block. but in vain. The indicator flashes green and emits a loud beep. We wrote to the company and asked for help. Stay tuned to see how they react. Updated 05/11/19. The company sent a replacement within a few days. good marks for customer feedback. Unfortunately, the newly received block doesn't work either. woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow! Will request a full refund and try another brand.
