Love how it works. You can shake your food to coat, leave it, shake again to coat again, and all you have to do is wait a few minutes between shakes. That way, repeated shaking will easily cover moisture that needs extra breading. What I don't like is that the plastic isn't strong enough to not warp in the dishwasher. Then the lid does not close and when shaking, the breaded food can get into more than just food. I think if the design was wider and less long it would help a little. But you still need a more durable plastic.
