Bought this mug as a gift for my mum. My mother loves coffee and often has to warm up her coffee in the microwave. When I saw this product I couldn't wait to buy it. My mom loves it and uses it every day. 1) This mug is made of very high quality material, strong and durable 2) The mug is heated and cooled in 3 modes: hot, cold and deep-freeze 3) it takes almost 15-30 minutes depending on the liquid, and the same 4) If you accidentally knock the cup over, don't worry, the water won't leak, the cup is airtight. Be careful with the cup when you are about to pour the coffee, however, it gets very hot. It's ok, just give it a few minutes to cool down and then it's perfect. The cup warmer and cooler have an automatic switch-off function for safety. The mug is made of high quality material. It was the best purchase and we recommend it to all our family and friends. We even use it at home as it's safer to heat baby milk.
