Good value; I like it! 👍🏽

Great value overall, though it took me a very short period to get used to the "rope’s” light weight. One point of caution. I usually exercise shirtless, and if the "rope,” thin and covered in plastic, catches my foot in a particular way, it comes up on my back, there is a quick and sharp sting.

Easy to use and adjustable. Very lightweight. I love it

Jumping rope may not be a suitable form of exercise for all fitness levels, leading to discouragement or feelings of failure
