The customer support is TERRIBLE.
Monitor and camera were good while working. I tried to fix an issue with it while it was still under warranty but Pyle support couldn't help me. Mostly broken English speaking people who couldn't or didn't want to fix their broken device. The customer support is a joke and if you end up having to deal with it, good luck. They really suck and I won't buy them again. I suggest you consider this review before purchasing any of their products.
