In my everyday work. I spend a lot of time at my computer looking at files with detailed figures and figures. After 8-12 hours my eyes strain and I suffer from constant migraines. My prescription glasses did very little to help so I was very skeptical when I found this at Revain but after wearing them for 3 hours. I'm a believer now.
