My dentist recommended this product because it does not contain any harmful ingredients (alcohol, fluoride). taste good, no problem. After a few weeks of regular use, I barely see any stains from tea or coffee. I like the foam, not the liquid solution. I recommend this product for those who want an on-the-go solution.
