When I ordered this feeder I wasn't sure if it would fit in my 2 gallon round tank. And after they received it and tried to put it on the globe, it didn't fit. I took a piece of glass 2 inches wide and 10 inches high and stuck it in the tank. I attached the feeder to a piece of glass and it works great. I use granola and apply it twice a day. I also attached a piece of string to the drum to make sure the drum was spinning and powered. I placed the cord so that it dangled on the side of the drum and ended up on the opposite side after twisting. Works perfectly.
