These do exactly what they're supposed to, and are very comfortable to wear. They do ride up just a little when going from sitting to standing, or when walking for long periods of time, but not enough to be uncomfortable or disappointing. I bought these for wearing under dresses at Disney World based on high recommendations from multiple people in a discussion group. I will likely purchase again, but am also investigating similar options at a lower cost, to compare the riding factor.
