The choice is normal, not big but for the money I think it's enough The adhesive part works well. They don't last a day even with just wearing them, let alone washing them. I have others that are more expensive, maybe less in quantity but better in quality. I think if you do the stitches the patches will work just fine, but that's if you want to do it
