I was able to fix the charging port on the old one I think because it still worked fine but I decided to just buy

. I bought this to replace my old DT which I bought in 2004. I think I fixed the charging port on the old one because it still worked fine, but I decided to just buy a different one. Works great and keeps the dog's attention just by beeping. I rarely have to use the shock function. DT makes a good product!
