Works with multiple items that have a 1/4 " thread

I am currently using mine to support a lightweight, inexpensive USB lighting ring by using the short tripod that came with the ring replaced with this much longer and flexible bracket 1. Since my desk is up against a wall, I adjusted the USB light bracket to the best angle available by attaching a clip to the back of my iMac desktop's stand, this gives me best options and viewing angles available while improving desktop access.I can think of many uses for this mount including mounting the Zoom H4 recorder closer to my audio mixer as well as security cameras for remote monitoring.Anything that is of a reasonable weight and has a 1/4" thread.

Pros
