Migraine Relief is Best in Computer Accessories and Peripherals

Hello. I bought these glasses because they replaced the lighting with LEDs in the shop I worked in. I didn't know it was the light as I've had migraines since I was 16 anyway and I'm 53 now. My migraines got worse and so did my ability to sleep. Someone suggested it was lighting. I looked at the lights and thought it might be the lights as I got migraines 4-5 times a month more than usual. I bought the glasses because I also look at the computer at work, so I thought why not? I wore glasses for a whole week and there were no migraines and I didn't wear them for 3 days and I got a bad migraine! So I have to say they help. When you first put them on you will feel comfortable as they are adjustable with small springs near the ears so they don't feel tight. Everything looks brighter and it was like sunglasses. Sometimes my eye gets bored and I just take them off for a minute and put them back on, but usually they don't bother me. The only thing that seems to bother me is my nose where the glasses are, they leave dents but they go away after a few minutes. All in all I think they are great for me. I still have trouble sleeping because LED lighting can deplete melatonin from your body which can cause sleep problems. I have fewer migraines and will continue to wear them to keep it that way. Try them, what have you got to lose?
