As soon as you pick up one of these straws, you will realize that they are above average. It feels solid and heavy, like high quality tableware. I have several other metal straws and none compare to this one. It deserves its place in the cutlery drawer next to the cutlery I inherited from my grandmother. The straws have a glossy finish and the ends are rounded for a smooth mouthfeel. They're nice and wide - I got mine for drinking thick chocolate malts. The straw freezes deliciously when it's damp outside. They come in a sturdy drawstring pouch and one of the straws has a cleaning brush. There's nothing fancy about the brush, but it's adequate and nice to have with you. Overall, this is incredible value, especially since I expect them to last almost forever. I wish this company had a different length/width of the same straw but I couldn't find one. I could buy more of these to give as gifts though. They seem like they should cost more than they actually are and should impress anyone trying to move away from plastic straws.
