Kai has made communicating with clients incredibly simple

I love that my team can use chatbots (in the form of kai) as part of our customer service process without needing any additional software or complex integrations. It's been very easy so far to build out multiple experiences using different templates from our library as we see fit within each individual organization. We've also seen some really great results based on customers simply asking questions about their account information, payments due dates etc. One thing I wish was better is being able to send emails directly through our bot versus having to go through another system first. That could be solved by adding an option like "send email" button in the bot itself but it seems this functionality isn't currently available. From what I understand, a new feature will arrive soon which should address this issue. Also not much at this time - would have liked more detailed documentation and examples. The support provided.
