I wrote an original review about how I liked this product but it hasn't worked since. It hasn't even been a full year, a replacement has already been made and customer service refuses to help me. I sent a lot of emails and they kept asking me to update them and make sure my phone, router and camera are close to each other. Well idk how many more times can I do this to make it work as I've done it literally 25 times already. I also can't bring devices closer together without creating a new device: Routemeraphone (router + camera + phone) for example. that's ridiculous. Also, I'm pretty sure they "force" you to subscribe to their cloud service because I was having issues after the trial period ended. I use SD card because who trusts vcloud lol. and so I figured the SD card would just overflow. I deleted and reinserted the data and it worked all day and came back with the same problems. NOW I can't even connect it. I just wanted to send it back and get my money back but they refuse. Sad.
