To be honest it doesn't live up to my expectations. I'm glad I didn't pay more than a dollar. I have several kebab skewers and these are by far the worst. Weak and of low quality. The processing of the wooden handles is very bad. You get what you pay for! They are suitable for "yakitori" (small) style vegetables or meat. DO NOT expect a Brazilian style kebab at this price. The size corresponds to the description. I plan on sanding the wooden handles and painting them a darker color for a nice touch. Update: 6/2/20 Having used this set for the first time I have to say they are 'ok'. Not the strongest but holds large chunks of chicken well. Easy to clean and works well. Handles burn fairly easily, so be aware of that. I have updated my rating to 4 stars instead of the original 3 I gave it. They are very affordable and will get the job done!
