To support this product I liked it. It was easy to install. It's very easy to calibrate and does what it's supposed to do. My problem wasn't with the product itself. One day I connected our projector and this pen system to the laptop and then the projector to the laptop; I realized that I have too many components in the equation. Cables for a projector, a camera for a pen, a laptop are everywhere. It was too much. Then I started thinking about taking the pencil out of the equation and building a projector on the board. I use regular dry erase pens, they do the same thing. This pen works much better in a school environment and is a great option for schools that can't afford smart whiteboards as it gives you the option to print your work and save it on your laptop. This is a great feature. But it wasn't what I was looking for. If so, then it's worth every penny.
