I just opened them as my others were destroyed. My sister-in-law is painting next to me and the bristles immediately started falling into the paint on the canvas. These are all the lines you see. It was too late to pick them out without ruining the ombre background. I realize these aren't professional $200 brushes, but I've used brushes from places that sell inexpensive grandson products and it hasn't been a problem. But I just discovered this for her and I have to do it in my bed because I'm terminally ill and live in my bed 24/7. I paint as an outlet and sentimental for the people I love when I'm away, which can be today, but last week i was told that 2 months would be extended. I don't know who to contact and if I have to send them back the 50+ mile drive to return is not worth the fuel cost. But I'm very frustrated because I need brushes that don't fall apart on the first stroke.
