These salt and pepper grinders are a replacement for others that no longer work. They were packaged very well and I particularly appreciate the bracket that holds both grinders together and makes transport easier. The opening for filling is quite large, which makes it easier to fill by hand without spilling :=). Standard AA batteries and very easy to use. To insert the batteries, the upper part is unscrewed. It has some markings on it that are easily visible when open or closed, making this a lot easier. Adjusting the grind is very easy and doesn't change anymore during use (which is really great). As you can see in the attached short video, the motor is pretty fast and grinds really well. The indicators at the bottom help you see clearly how much salt or pepper you added. I love this product and recommend it.
