Normal scissors, dirty with fingerprints on arrival.
I need a pair of key cutters. It is in order. They were in a loose packet with only Chinese inscriptions on them. They were dirty, with greasy fingerprints. I've cleaned them thoroughly and they work great for what I need. Build quality is pretty cheap. But they are fine.
