Great jacket for my growing child! Thick to the touch with a very soft lining. There is plenty of room underneath to put on sweaters or layered clothing. The (thin) hood has an integrated hem that is visible when adjusting the straps located in the chin area, so you can safely protect your face from the weather. It also has pulleys at the bottom of the jacket to isolate body heat from upcoming cold/rainy/snowy weather. Very comfortable when working/walking/playing in rainy or snowy weather.
