Wow, best in class

Pros: - I think it's a polycarbonate sheet, but it feels like brushed aluminum, although it's a solid base plate that flexes a bit to form a solid, thick pad offer that has a deeper tone than similar top boards - MX top switches on the stem - the keycaps feel soft, comfortable and easy to grip, the sharp edges flare out towards the bottom, which is very different - the case is solid and doesn't flex as does the rounded corners, cream colors look and feel refreshing - Topre if you like it is very smooth and glides very well, looks like they were factory waxed onto the poles / has been lubricated, it's also matte with what appears to be <1mm blue O-rings. As LTT/FP's Luke once said, it's like tapping on boobs or clouds, whatever's floating on your boat. Comes with additional modifier caps for Mac and alternate ALT keys. Comes with a really high quality keycap puller - Comes with a 10g spring that fits between the keycap and the shaft which I would personally recommend, 35g is too soft for me - Detachable braided USB-C - Programmable - Actuation depth can be adjusted in the keyboard software will. Cons: - For some reason I didn't include enough 10g springs for the entire keyboard, which I find odd. I just wish I knew so I could buy my own set along with the keyboard. A bit of skill, I see people trying to get in damaging the plastic case without the right tools/experience. Perfect. I wouldn't say it's a big deal, but the Topres' barrel wiggles a bit and the keys wiggle a bit when you place your fingers on the key. I think heavier springs can help with wobble, but in the end it's a great value. I personally have several different HHKB models and have even modified them to be wireless. However, I've been spending more time with Windows lately and TKL is much more ideal as I need to use more keyboard shortcuts. Also back to gaming and I need more keys to do all those fancy moves in first person shooters. Before purchasing this keyboard I was considering either Realforce or Leopold and was really hesitant to make that decision. I almost pulled the trigger on a Leopold FC980C and probably ended up with a Norbauer case which will probably cost me $1000 after I put everything together. I'm so glad I didn't, it was a real treat. I also have an ABKO Hacker TKL Topre clone which is similar to this NiZ board and I have to say that this keyboard is much better, but both feel and sound great in their own way.
