Heavy duty and simply heavy.
The acro system suits me very well. This hanging plate is much heavier than expected. I personally wouldn't build this into drywall, but they included material for it. The 16-gauge steel is no joke, and the powder coating looks durable. One corner was slightly bent in transit, but I was able to bend it back with a large pair of pliers and the coating didn't chip off. You can attach a carabiner to this thing and swing at it.
