I like the ease of use and the user friendly interface. I like that I can connect to our Salesforce org and also my ERP and have it all in one place. I also like that I can see all of my orders in one view, which helps me to keep track of what I need to do and when. I dislike that the system is very slow sometimes. Sometimes it takes forever for me to do things and sometimes I have to refresh the page to get it to do what I want. I need to be able to quickly find things and have them available. I am able to do that with MyTeamConnector. I can also stay organized and keep track of everything that I need to do.
