Great DIY idea

This turned out to be easier than I thought. I bought an inflated balloon and I think it is necessary for this. I used it for an outside arch and I must say it was the star of the decorations. Lots of compliments. I would place the balls 3 holes apart. And buy a ruby to hang and use scissors to curl the extra ribbon. Very nice for little money. Overall, the time required was about 2 hours with 2 people.
