Not exactly the same but works
Has an extra round part sticking out on the side that was not on the original. It's not an airway so I'm not sure what it's for because there wasn't anywhere to attach it. The metal part in the valve was also not needed and had to be removed. But we made it fit for a 1998 Honda Accord EX 4 cylinder engine.
