Decent quality out of the box. Good amount of pockets. Why I'm Coming Back: I feel like I was teleported back to high school, where it was cool to break your back with a sagging backpack that bounced off you while walking. The straps do not tighten enough to make this backpack comfortable to use and I bought the bag with the intention of using it when traveling with a 15 inch laptop. You will see in the photo - this is the height of the backpack at the back, and this is too low for me. Three stars because the quality is quite good.
