Review on Boss MR1600W Marine CE Receiver by Ricky Gilbert

I did a little research and settled on this unit based on what seemed like the best combination of functionality and cost. So far I am more than satisfied with my choice. Installation was easy. The wired remote control is a BIG plus - it mounts to the dashboard where it can't bounce and get lost/damaged like so many other things on a boat. I love the fact that I can plug in an MP3 player and rock out to my own mix (who needs radio stations with their quack DJs and commercials!). I think my next one (hopefully in 10 years) can have Bluetooth and access the 1000 songs I'll have on my super smartphone without having to connect anything (maybe I'll have a super smartphone by then because they it will be cheap). Until then I'll be fine with what I have and there's still enough money in the bank account to buy gas for the boat. Now I am more than happy with this stereo system for my boat! Enjoy!
