Unwanted Product - External Hard Drives

Don't waste time and money on a drive. Got 2 and tested, both didn't work. I keep getting messages saying the drive needs to be formatted. Update from 10/01/2021, the hard drive does NOT have a capacity of 2 TB. You will get corrupted data if you exceed the TRUE maximum storage capacity.
