I bought this food for my 5 year old Bull Terrier who has food and environmental allergies. She loves food and doesn't seem to break out like she used to. It really only has lamb and lamb offal, no hidden chicken fat (important, she gets chicken welts). He has balls which was a problem but so far so good. She still needs allergy meds (Apoquel, in case you're wondering. I've hesitated for years but gave up. I might try weaning it in the cooler months). itch or lick. She even leaned out which was an added bonus. An 8 pound ($200) bag is ridiculously expensive in my opinion, but I was surprised it lasted. A leveled measuring cup in the morning and another at night lasted 4 weeks on my very athletic 50 lb wife. You need to add water, preferably warm, and leave it on for 2 minutes. It looks like thick porridge. I keep putting some canned squash on top like I did before, but it seems to lick the bowl more aggressively. I think she likes it more than normal pieces.
