Review on Dorman 911 800 Emissions Purge Hyundai by Eric Nallamothu

I installed this on my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe. It worked great for about 3 months, then again the same problem that the car wouldn't start after filling up. This time I took it to the mechanic thinking I had a bigger problem as I never expected it to fail after only 3 months. I was told that this valve is defective and needs to be replaced. A full fuel system check and vent valve replacement cost me $200 due to a poorly made valve I bought here. Spend a few dollars more and buy a factory authorized version. I've had a new valve (certified, not this one) for almost 2 years now and no problems.
