NOT SUITABLE FOR 2 NORMAL TOFU BLOCKS. ONLY ONE.

It has loose springs that can come loose when cleaning, too many loose parts to keep track of... and doesn't fit 2 blocks of tofu. Better buy 2 celadon adjustable with a round knob on the top. You have no loose parts to keep track of.
