Brilliant idea, inexpensively implemented. I have fine, thin hair and even the bristles are too weak to pick it up. What I have to do is dry a piece of my good ceramic round brush until it's hot and dry, then turn the blow dryer on one of these purple guys to heat it up, put the blow dryer on and use both hands to roll into a section cut and allow to set (clamp not required). By the time I get to the fifth brushroll, the first is cooling down and I can pull it out and use it elsewhere if needed. I suspect the person who came up with this is upset with Clairol for ruining the quality of the product. I'd happily pay half for a brush I could use just to make the bristles stiffer and better quality. The good news is my hair looks smooth and fluffy all day long. Even the next day!
