I purchased this product and was very pleased with the ease of installation and the look of this screen protector. After about a week, I noticed that my phone's screen would no longer go into activity standby when not in use and the battery life would decrease drastically. I checked all my settings but nothing was out of the ordinary. Then I found that the screen protector has a tear in the lower left corner that the phone recognizes as something touching the screen and prevents it from going into timeout mode. I don't know how the screen protector ripped to begin with, it was never dropped or anything fell on it. I replaced the broken screen protector with the second of the two packs I bought and so far so good, it's been 4 days. There is an insert in the product stating that before leaving negative feedback, contact them and give the company a chance to resolve the issue. I complied with this request and the very polite reply I received was "If possible we can send you a new one, if the other one is broken too, is that ok?" Packaging Packaging, please understand." I therefore strongly advise consumers not to buy anything from this manufacturer that comes in a multi-pack, because if all items do not break at the same time, this company does not give a guarantee!
