I've been using dozens (Dr Ho) on my neck for many years. But usually a supine position is required. It's always been good and I still use them, but as a complication of a recent illness, my neck hurts all the time. So I wanted a more portable tens unit. This item is fabulous. It has a wide range of strength settings and many massage modes. Besides, it's warm! So excited I bought it. The remote control is great, but you need to read the instructions quickly to use it.
