I'm 6ft 2 and 0.195lbs and the fit was great, I bought the larger. If you want the bottom part of the shirt to fit just below your waist. I would suggest a very large one. I'm flat in the middle too. if you're not like that You need one size bigger than big. a good product. I have orange and white.
