About a week ago my Shark vape fell down the stairs and broke. Sad day, loved Shark for many years. After a week of reading reviews with high hopes, I decided to go with Steamfast. Another sad day. The small tank is not comfortable to use, but I could live with that. However, I couldn't reconcile the fact that this isn't a steam cleaner. The first push of the button gave a full, powerful explosion of the stem. . . about six seconds. Everything after that was no longer recognizable as steam. Unlike Shark, Steamfast (sic) doesn't have a long and flexible cable, which is a disadvantage. While the reviews I've read say the new Shark isn't as good as the one I had, it should be better.
