These blue light safety goggles aren't fancy, but they're effective. I've had a lot of eye twitches and trouble sleeping since I had to start telecommuting at work. The extra screen time and heavy meetings took their toll and caused eyestrain. I also couldn't stick to my normal sleeping habits.
