My original ROKU remote control that came with my Smart TV is broken. I bought these as a replacement. Pretty easy, right? The remote control synced with my Smart TV with no issues. HOWEVER, the remote randomly switched to the VUDU app for no apparent reason. Even if I hadn't touched the VUDU button, but if I adjusted the volume (for example), it would switch to VUDU. This happened frequently, interrupting the viewing of other applications or channels. There was no discernible pattern or reason for it. About 30 minutes later I stopped using it and have come to no further conclusion that it is a defective product. I have requested a refund. Let's see. Otherwise I really can't recommend it.
