Review on ACDelco 252 891 Professional Water Pump by Andrew Griggs

Installed 1/18/2014 on a 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart Sportback. The technician didn't mention any problems with the pump. The pump is stamped "Made in China". No leaks or overheating issues so far. Will be updated as changes occur. See comments on a leak from a broken water pump that will cost me more than $1 to rebuild. The engineering department confirmed that the Delco AC part was defective. Tested with a snap-on coolant pressure tester and showed a leak at 19psi. Replaced Gates water pump which appeared to be of better quality.
