Doesn't bleed through paper and is pigmented!
When I buy colored pencils, they usually shine through the paper. and if they don't bleed through the paper, then they're not pigmented enough. but they're pigmented enough to stand out in my notes and they don't show through my cheap notebook paper. I would definitely buy them again :)
