I followed the directions for proper wearing, but this belt only pinched the ilioiliac nerve and put pressure on it rather than support it. I'm willing to consider that maybe I adjusted it too tight or something, but after wearing it just once with negative results causing more pain I feel like I wasted my money. I have tried many different treatments for sacroiliac nerve pain with mixed results. Contrary to what some may think, chiropractic care is helpful, but it's not a magic bullet.
