I work in a hospital and I don't want to wear my 'real' wedding ring to work because I don't want to get all the nasty things I'm constantly exposed to and I don't want to risk mine Losing a ring or one of the diamonds. I constantly get compliments on how beautiful it is. I love it and it looks really believable! On "fake" diamond does not look. I would say it runs small so I would order one size larger than you normally wear. I had to return one because I ordered the same size as my engagement ring and it was MUCH small! As a result, I almost cut off my finger.
