***UPDATE*** My experience with the cartridges sent to me was poor. The company contacted me to fix the problem and was able to refund my money. The case was explained by the fact that the product I received had a defective part. Tony contacted me directly, was very polite and eager to find a satisfactory solution to the problem and offered me several options to choose from. If you are looking for a cheaper toner, rest assured that this company will try to fix any problems you might encounter. I have adjusted my rating to reflect the level of customer service provided***. The price is lower than the recommended HP cartridges, but you lose print quality very quickly. Also with HP Color LaserJet M283cdw MFP Some print quality settings are disabled because the toner always shows low or empty. These cartridges only last 3 weeks in the printer. We print color images and mostly simple reports on a daily basis. In general, we only went through 3/4 of the paper packet. Now the imprints on one side are good and disappear to the right of the image. Unfortunately, due to the above setting issue and the inability to bypass the toner warning, the printer cannot be calibrated. *I edited portions of this review to reflect a completed transaction with this seller.*
