Review on Exploring Nature's Wonders: Josaywin Lightweight Walking Kayaking Snorkeling Gear by Brad Blake

Very light, comfortable, breathable and quick-drying

For me exactly what I was looking for, because summer is just around the corner. I was looking for quality water shoes that would be comfortable, breathable and quick drying while protecting my feet. So this size 12 is about a foot long and the widest part is only about 4.5 inches wide. I don't have wide feet and I feel like they still have some room to maneuver, plus the mesh upper is a bit stretchy and flexible so I think they should work for people with slightly wider feet as well. Obviously, with the mesh upper, my feet feel really cool due to good airflow, which is perfect for hotter climates. Also, I'm not too concerned about them getting wet as the mesh upper should dry very quickly. The elastic laces are very easy to adjust and secure with a buckle that slides over the laces to tighten or loosen. The included insole is ok, a little thin so I'll probably replace it with my orthotics sooner rather than later, no big deal. Under the insole is a durable Kevlar material that protects your feet when you step on something sharp. At the same time, I would also not recommend stepping on nails that I see :). They're only there in case you accidentally step on a sharp object, so remember, it's not bulletproof :). I have seen many water shoes but this is the first shoe with a kevlar like material to protect the feet. For me that's a big plus. I suspect the main reason for this type of material on the bottom is the 9 open holes in the lower soft rubber outsole. The holes are for drainage, mainly to prevent water from entering. I believe the rubber soles have multiple grooves and indentations to improve traction and prevent slipping. The upper mesh is carefully and professionally sewn to the lower one, but the seams are not visible from the outside, they are located just below the insole. Overall I really like these water shoes, they're also great for gardening without socks, and they're really easy to rinse off with a garden hose too. Hope this helps you decide anyway :).

Pros
  • No lacing: With a locking tap, the elastic tip is convenient to adjust the tightness of the shoes more quickly to avoid the water shoes falling off.
Cons
  • Reliability
