Works great so far! Just the right amount of sounds and tingles to propel me into a workout without the caffeine. In truth, I only bought this because it was the cheapest stimulant-free pre-workout powder I could find, but it works well and is really all I need. I tried the pink lemonade flavor (again, it was the cheapest option back then) and it's surprisingly similar to pink lemonade. I only use a 7-10g serving (about half of what they recommend) but this works for me. I mix it with water and leave it in the fridge overnight and it dissolves completely, nice and chilled and ready to eat in the morning.
