Stopped working after 6 months. Poor customer service

I liked this dehumidifier at first. Worked great and was easy to move. I bought in May and in October I got error code C8. After several attempts to write to the support team, they didn't send a replacement but they offered me a 50% discount on a new one! They don't stand behind their products. Very dissatisfied with the service.
