I am 5'10' 180 lbs. The large fit me great. Very lightweight and has a nice feel to them. They have pockets on the side that close for extra carrying power. I have worn them outside and to bed. They have become my favorite pants.

- The cargo pockets may be too distracting for those who prefer a minimalist style
