You can't adjust the fit
These are kind of great, but there's one key flaw: because of the way the backing screws on, you can only tighten it so much. So the largest ones, which I really wanted to wear, look like they're hanging out of my ears because I can't just tighten the backing like I would normally do. The second largest fit OK, not great, and that's kind of the ballgame because the others are just too small for my liking. If you happen to have thick earlobes, these will work great for you.
